At Shafer’s HVAC, being a part of the community means more than just keeping homes comfortable—it means giving back to the people who support us. In August, we proudly participated in the Butler County Farm Show, where we had a booth set up and sold raffle tickets to help raise funds for a cause that’s close to our hearts.
At our booth, folks had the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a beautifully hand-crafted bench and foot stool, made with care and donated by one of our own technicians, Steve Reeher. Every dollar raised through the raffle went directly to Hang Tough Stockings, a local charity dedicated to delivering stockings filled with love, care, and holiday cheer to cancer patients in our community. Whether for men, women, or children, these stockings offer a small but meaningful gesture of comfort and support to those fighting cancer during the holiday season.
The highlight of the raffle, the custom bench beautifully hand-crafted by Steve, served as a true representation of the spirit of giving that makes our community so special. We are grateful that Steve was willing to put his time and skill into creating this piece to support the cause.
